Overview

PASSED has been useful in engaging students in active learning through serious gaming. It is welldesigned to cater to the learning needs and learning habits of the current generation of students.

Students’ responses from the Attitudes To Patient Safety Questionnaires (APSQ) demonstrated significant improvement in their understanding of in most domains of patient safety after engaging in the PASSED app game as part of their learning.

The ubiquity of digital learning tools was most pronounced during COVID-19 pandemic. The PASSED app was useful in providing students with possibilities to construct and improve knowledge at any time or place.
